Civil Litigation Attorney

Light Path Law, P.A. is in search of an Experienced Business and Civil Litigation Attorney to become a valued member of our exceptional team. If you have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience and are ready to represent clients with finesse, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications
To shine in this role, you should bring:
  • Member in good standing with The Florida Bar
  • Minimum of 3-10 Years Experience
  • Familiarity with drafting various legal documents
  • Civil Litigation Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
