At Light Path Law, Juan leads the Immigration practice and advises on Veterans and Military Law — areas in which he is federally authorized to practice. While not licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, Juan holds active bar admissions in Texas and Colorado, and his federal credentials allow him to represent clients in immigration proceedings and matters related to military and veteran affairs nationwide.

Juan began his career as a prosecutor. Over time, his vision expanded to include the broader needs of the communities — helping individuals and business owners protect their rights, plan for the future, and thrive in the United States.

A natural communicator, Juan is also the creator and host of Cafecito Migratorio, one of the most recognized Spanish-language legal education programs in the U.S., where he translates complex immigration policies into clear, practical guidance.
