Ms. Gallagher is a Florida attorney and professional writer with over two decades of litigation experience spanning family law, landlord-tenant matters, commercial disputes, guardianships, property rights, consumer advocacy, torts, foreclosures, and traffic defense. Licensed since 2004, she has represented clients in courts across Florida, handling cases from inception through trial, and has authored three litigation guides for the American Bar Association. A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A., American Studies; Music minor) and Nova Southeastern University (J.D., with highest pro bono honors), she also served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division. Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Gallagher enjoys writing, traveling, and spending time with her son, husband and animals.
