Christopher Lee Stipek is a member of The Florida Bar with extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation and first-party property insurance matters. His practice encompasses a broad range of civil disputes, including breach of contract, construction defects, landlord-tenant issues, and residential and commercial property damage claims. Attorney Stipek guides clients through every stage of the litigation process—from intake and case strategy to hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation—maintaining a focus on achieving favorable outcomes through meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy.
Prior to joining Light Path Law, Attorney Stipek practiced with several respected Florida law firms, where he honed his skills in general litigation, insurance law, and personal injury litigation. He has successfully negotiated settlements and secured dismissals for clients across a wide array of complex civil matters.
Attorney Stipek earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, where he served in numerous leadership positions, including President of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and Senator for the Student Bar Association. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Hodges University and multiple associate degrees from Rockland Community College.
